FAQ
Class actions are an important part of the legal system where they permit fair and productive resolution of legitimate claims for numerous parties by allowing the claims to be combined into a single action against the wrongful party.

The procedure for filing a class action is to utilize one or several named plaintiffs on behalf of a proposed class. The proposed class must consist of a group of individuals that have suffered a common injury. These cases can range from an action on behalf of employees of a business, unfair business practices, and other forms of wrongful misconduct.

The goal in class actions through our offices is very simple:
          1. Right the wrong, and stop the misconduct from occurring.
          2. To seek just and adequate compensation for its victims.
          3. To recognize the leadership quality of the class representative(s) by virtue of their
service as being the champion of their respective cause.
